How to Set Up Your Charleston Email on iPhone / iPad (POP3)
This guide will help you set up your Charleston.com Email on your iPhone or iPad using the
POP3 protocol in the built-in Apple Mail app.

Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap Mail.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.

Choose Other.
- Then tap Add Mail Account.

Enter Your Email Information:
- Name: Your full name (e.g., John Doe)
- Email: yourname@charleston.com
- Password: Your email password
- Description: Charleston Email (or any name you prefer)
- Tap Next.
✉️ Incoming Mail Server (POP3)
- Host Name:

- Password: Your email password
📤 Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
- Host Name:

🔒 Use SSL & Advanced Settings
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Charleston Email.
- Tap your email account, then tap Advanced.
- Set the following:
- Use SSL: ✅ On
- Authentication: Password
- Incoming Port: 995
- Outgoing Port (SMTP): 465 (or 587 with STARTTLS)
